Public and member access
| public | Tri-Pass |
|---|---|
| Official releases | Live community votes |
| Every checkpoint status post | Member commentary |
| Completed vote results | Requests and discussion |
Official work is not made artificially exclusive. Tri-Pass provides participation in the member community while the release record and completed decisions remain readable publicly.
Release rhythm
Day 0 and Day 122 are the opening and closing boundaries. Between them are 15 public checkpoints: seven primary and eight secondary. Every checkpoint is both a release window and a structured public status post. Finished work may publish earlier or alongside other work.
| kind | days |
|---|---|
| primary | 14, 30, 46, 60, 76, 92, 108 |
| secondary | 7, 24, 38, 52, 68, 84, 100, 115 |
Each checkpoint records what was released, relevant project status, the current community action or completed result, and the next public checkpoint.
Fixed T1 anchors
| day | date | scheduled public action |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | Sep 22 | Opening financial snapshot, three trimester goals, and formal opening. |
| 38 | Oct 30 | First technical and introductory sister-paper pair; code, side-quest, and financial update. |
| 60 | Nov 21 | Midpoint update, financial snapshot, and midpoint vote. |
| 84 | Dec 15 | Second technical and introductory sister-paper pair. |
| 92 | Dec 23 | Code, side-quest, and financial update. |
| 122 | Jan 22 | Closing report, financial snapshot, and release roundup. |
The two scheduled sister-paper pairs are commitments, not a limit on parallel research or additional releases.
Market analysis
Public market analysis follows the monthly candle close and publishes on the first day of the next month. This is a separate cadence from the trimester checkpoints.
| candle close | public analysis |
|---|---|
| September | October 1 |
| October | November 1 |
| November | December 1 |
| December | January 1 |
Voting and commentary
Member commentary and requests open with pre-season on August 23. Three major advisory voting windows are scheduled across the trimester:
| window | opens | public result |
|---|---|---|
| opening | Day 7 · Sep 29 | Day 14 · Oct 6 |
| midpoint | Day 60 · Nov 21 | Day 68 · Nov 29 |
| closing phase | Day 100 · Dec 31 | Day 108 · Jan 8 |
Live votes and member commentary require Tri-Pass. Completed vote results are public.
Surface state
Before August 23, the public page shows the approved price, segment choices, calendar, and upcoming community controls without accepting a purchase, vote, or comment. Pre-season is the stated opening date for purchase and commentary. The first formal vote begins on Day 7.
Why
Because I need to make money to continue making cool things like art, research, and open-source code, but I do not want to give 10% or more of everything away to others for providing a disservice.
